Body Love Project Laura

We are so happy to be doing the Body Love Project! We have gotten rave reviews on it and we may never stop. It offers such a wonderful insight valuable to our clients because it makes them think about why they want a boudoir shoot and greatly important it is in their lives to do things that boost us up, make us feel beautiful and give us that energy to continue doing great things in the world. Here is Laura’s questionnaire answers. We know they will help everyone who reads them feel her energy and carry that with them through their lives.

What were some of the reservations you had about a Boudoir Photographic Experience?
I was nervous that I wouldn’t like my photos or see myself as sexy in them

How has this experience boosted your overall morale? Please explain.
It’s really helped me see myself in a new and sexy light! Knowing that I am or can be sexy helps build my confidence in all areas of my life. People don’t see me the way I see myself and seeing how other people see me was definitely a mood/confidence booster!

What was the most surprising thing about your boudoir experience?
How into it I got!

How did this experience affect how you perceive yourself?
It made me realize that confidence is everything. It doesn’t matter what my size is or how I look, if I feel good about myself, I look good.

What was the best part of your boudoir experience?
Seeing the photos at the end and wanting to buy them!

If you could share anything about yourself, what would you want people to know about you when they see your portrait.
As most women do, I struggle with body issues and those issues are not visible here. I left them at the door of my photo shoot and hopefully at the doorstep of my future. When I feel good about myself, I look good and that is apparent here!

If you could sit yourself down 5 years ago and give yourself on piece of advice about how to love yourself, what would you say?
Be patient and gentle with yourself! You’re about to go through a giant twisty loop de loop on life’s roller coaster and your heart will guide the way, you just have to slow down enough to hear it speaking.

Invite them to join the FB Swanky Swans VIP group. I loved the photo shoot experience and how Dawn built me up during the shoot! Worthwhile to anyone who needs a confidence boost or a push out of a rut.
