Miss E’s Body Love Experience was her reminder to “Slow down and trust yourself.”

What were some of the reservations you had about a Boudoir Photographic Experience?
Just overall inhibitions.
How has this experience boosted your overall morale?
I’ve always felt this “free” person inside of me but wasn’t sure if she was a myth or a longing. As it turns out, I just needed to let her take control—and she turns out to be me.
What was the most surprising thing about your boudoir experience?I
I felt comfortable and free.
How did this experience affect how you perceive yourself?
It’s not ME who is stopping myself from doing things: it’s the perceived attitudes of society and culture, which I’ve always told others to buck against—and which I know now I am capable of doing, also.
What was the best part of your boudoir experience?
Stepping out of “real” life for a little bit and having the focus on me.
If you could share anything about yourself, what would you want people to know about you when they see your portrait.
This is a survivor.
If you could sit yourself down 5 years ago and give yourself on piece of advice about how to love yourself, what would you say?
Slow down and trust yourself. You know who you are; you have always known who you are. Trust yourself, and respond to life—don’t react to it.
Why would you recommend Black Swan Boudoir to your friends and family? It was comfortable and fun and freeing.
